Shipping Policy

Bee’s Wellness Café is committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping terms before completing your purchase.
 
Shipping Methods & Carriers
  •  We exclusively ship orders within the United States (except to the following states ID, KS, MD, MA, MS, MT, NV, PA, and WA) using USPS and UPS.
  • The shipping carrier and method are determined by Bee’s Wellness Café based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Customers cannot select their preferred carrier or shipping method.
Flat-Rate Shipping Fee
  •  A flat shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.
  • This fee covers some of the standard shipping and handling costs.
Processing & Shipping Timeframes
  •  Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location, carrier, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Restrictions
  • We only ship within the United States (except to the following states ID, KS, MD, MA, MS, MT, NV, PA, and WA) International shipping is not available.
  •  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Once an order has been shipped, Bee’s Wellness Café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
  • If a package is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, customers should first check with their local USPS or UPS office and/or their neighbors.
  • If a package arrives damaged, customers must report the issue with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [Insert Contact Email]. We will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Address Accuracy & Order Issues
  •  Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
  • Bee’s Wellness Café is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  •  If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to modify it after the order has been placed. Any reshipment due to an incorrect address will be at the customer’s expense.
Policy Updates
Bee’s Wellness Café reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
