Due to the nature of our offerings, which include perishable goods, consumable wellness items, and handcrafted products, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges. All Sales Are Final
By completing a purchase through Bee’s Wellness Café, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a product, accidental purchases, or changes in personal preference.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product upon arrival, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery at info@beeswellnesscafe.com with accompanying photographic evidence. Upon review and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement of the same item or store credit. Requests submitted beyond the 48-hour window will not be considered.

Bee’s Wellness Café makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, effectiveness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product sold. Customers assume all responsibility for the use and application of our products.
Limitation of Liability
